To keep you updated on what’s going on today with the Cowboys:
- Brandon George of The Dallas Morning News reports that Morris Claiborne (knee) & Terrance Williams (concussion) are expected to miss tomorrows preseason game, while Brandon Carr is back at practice after going home for the birth of his 2nd child and is expected to play tomorrow.
- Here are some practice notes from today, as posted by Calvin Watkins on ESPNDallas.
- And according to Yahoo!, the Cowboys have cut guard Jeff Olson after he suffered a concussion in his first practice with the team today. Things just seem to keep getting worse on the offensive front, hopefully we can find someone to sign and plug into the line that will step up and give us a big performance while these injuries heal up.
I can’t wait for tomorrow’s game @ Oakland. It’ll be the first time this season we get to see the starters out on the field, though I doubt we see them out there for too long. It will still be nice to get a better look at what the defense is going to look like and to see how the guys are looking after a long offseason. I don’t know about y’all but I am ready for some more Dallas Cowboys football.
